Comparing Luxury Presence with Agent Image, AgentFire, Placester, Real Geeks, IDX plugins and custom builds: what each offers, published prices, and how to choose.
Luxury Presence is one of the best-known website platforms for luxury agents, and plenty of agents are happy with it. But it isn't the only way to get a premium real estate website, and because it doesn't publish its prices, many agents shop around before signing. This guide compares the main alternatives using what each company publishes itself.
A note on where we stand: we're a custom website studio, so we're one of the options on this list. We've stuck to published facts and said where a company doesn't publish its prices, so you can judge for yourself.
What Luxury Presence offers
Luxury Presence sells its websites in plans rather than as one-off projects. According to its own plans guide, there are four tiers:
- Launch+: website design, IDX home search, chat and email support and three single-property sites.
- Brand+: adds an annual site review, brand SEO, lead intelligence, a digital CMA tool, SEO migration and ten property sites.
- Leads Pro: adds managed ads with an included ad budget, AI lead nurture and a dedicated success manager.
- SEO Pro: adds editorial SEO with backlink building, published blog posts and neighbourhood pages, and fifty property sites.
Prices aren't listed. You get them on a strategy call, and the plans guide mentions setup fees and promotions that waive them. If you're comparing options, ask for the setup fee, the monthly fee, the minimum term and what happens to your site, content and domain if you leave, all in writing.
The alternatives at a glance

Prices come from each company's own website, checked in November 2026. Confirm current pricing and contract terms before you sign.
Agent Image
Agent Image builds websites for real estate agents and quotes design work per project. Its published FAQ lists a monthly hosting fee starting at $199.99, with design and add-ons such as IDX quoted separately. Ask exactly what the monthly fee covers and how many design revisions are included, since its FAQ says extra revisions are charged.
AgentFire
AgentFire publishes its pricing: one-time design packages of $800, $2,750 or $6,500, and monthly plans of $165 or $215. That makes it easy to compare. It's a good fit if you want a known structure and a clear price, and you're comfortable with the design range of the package you choose.
Placester
Placester is the low-cost end of the market: $59, $79 or $129 a month, with IDX at $25 a month per MLS and 20% off for annual billing. It gets listings online quickly. The trade-off is design control and how different your site can look from other agents on the same platform.
Real Geeks
Real Geeks combines a website with a CRM for $399 a month plus a $500 setup fee, with lead-generation packages sold on top. It's built for agents and teams who buy online leads and want them to land in one system. If you mostly win business through referrals and your own brand, you may be paying for lead tools you won't use.
Your own website with an IDX plugin
If you already have a website you like, an IDX plugin such as Showcase IDX ($94.95 or $124.95 a month) adds live listings and search without rebuilding. This keeps you in control of the site, though the quality of the result depends on the site you're adding it to.
A custom build from a studio
A custom website is designed around your market, your listings and how you win business, rather than around a platform's templates. You pay for a project instead of renting a platform, and the ongoing cost is mainly hosting and any work you choose to add later. Our real estate websites start from $1,000 with a fixed-scope proposal, and you can see finished sites in our work.
The right platform is the one that matches how you actually win listings, not the one with the longest feature list.
How to choose
- Add up the total cost over three years, not the monthly price. Our website cost guide shows how.
- Ask who owns the site, the content and the domain if you leave, and get the answer in writing.
- Check how listings will appear: a live search that matches the rest of the site, or a widget that feels bolted on.
- Ask how the site will rank for your neighbourhoods. IDX alone rarely does it, as we explain in why IDX alone won't rank your site.
- Look at live sites the provider has built for agents in a market like yours, and test them on your phone.

Common questions
- How much does Luxury Presence cost?
- Luxury Presence doesn't publish its prices. You get a quote on a strategy call. Its plans guide describes four tiers, Launch+, Brand+, Leads Pro and SEO Pro, and mentions setup fees and occasional promotions that waive them.
- What is the cheapest alternative to Luxury Presence?
- Among published prices, Placester is the lowest at $59 a month, with IDX listings an extra $25 a month per MLS. It's quick to set up, with less design control than a premium or custom site.
- Is a custom website better than Luxury Presence?
- Not automatically. A platform suits agents who want an all-in-one subscription. A custom site suits agents who want a design and structure built around their market, and prefer paying for a project over an ongoing platform fee.
- Can I move from Luxury Presence without losing my Google rankings?
- Usually yes, if the move is planned: keep the same domain, map every old page to its new address with redirects, and keep the content that ranks. Ask any new provider how they handle SEO migration before you start.
