Who we are
Saad's Production is a digital marketing studio for real estate businesses. You can contact us at Business@saadsproduction.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website and project information.
We also record how you arrived at our site (referrer, landing page and campaign parameters such as UTM tags) so we understand which channels work. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may set cookies to measure visits and conversions.
AI concierge
Our website chat is an AI assistant, not a person. Messages you type are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. We don't store chat conversations on our servers; the conversation is kept only in your browser tab until you close it or start a new chat.
If you choose to send a brief through the chat, only the details you enter in that form (and your consent) are emailed to our team. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and audits, deliver services you've engaged us for, and send our newsletter if you subscribed. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business, such as our email provider (Hostinger), hosting (Vercel), OpenAI for the AI concierge, Upstash for abuse prevention (which processes IP addresses for rate limiting) and, where enabled, analytics providers. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and applicable US state laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we'll respond promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
