(01)The brief
Leggett's Méribel office needed a presentation that could stand beside the properties it was selling: residences from €1M to €29.5M across the 3 Valleys, for a buyer base of high-net-worth French and international clients. It was a first project together, with a hard deadline and information arriving from several people at once.
(02)Our approach
We built a seven-slide presentation around how a buyer at this level decides: the opportunity and price range first, then the developments themselves, the design and lifestyle, the investment case, the 3 Valleys and Méribel, and finally Leggett's own local expertise. Editorial script headings, a restrained blue and coral palette and full-bleed alpine photography keep it consistent with both Leggett and Hamptons International. We worked directly with each stakeholder and iterated through every round of changes until it was signed off, on time.
