(01)The brief
Commercial clients judge an advisor before they ever call. Edgar works across industrial, retail, office and investment property in Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank and the San Fernando Valley, and he needed a site that carried the authority of One West Group | eXp Commercial while speaking to very different audiences: owners selling, investors buying, landlords leasing and professionals looking to refer.
(02)Our approach
We designed and built the full site around those four decisions. The home page routes visitors straight to Sell, Buy, Rent or Commercial Property, then proves expertise with featured listings and the markets he serves. Every listing has its own detail page with gallery, specifications, features, a mortgage calculator, floor plan and an enquiry form beside the property. A dedicated Services page breaks out sales, leasing, investment sales and 1031 exchange advisory; a Join Our Network page turns lenders, attorneys, contractors and other professionals into referral partners; and strategy-call calls to action, a property valuation prompt and a newsletter sign-up sit throughout. The navy and gold identity, editorial serif headings and co-branding with One West Group and eXp Commercial run consistently from page to page, and the site is structured for search from day one.
