Lance Fulford advises buyers and sellers in two very different markets: San Francisco and Puerto Vallarta. He needed one luxury brand that held together across both, video that told his story, a modern website for property discovery, and an organised system for listings, articles, media and enquiries.
(02)Our approach
We designed and built lancefulford.com from scratch, with dedicated San Francisco and Puerto Vallarta sections, property listings and detail pages, editorial and video built in, and SEO-ready page structures. Behind it sits a custom admin dashboard, so listings, articles, videos, neighbourhoods, testimonials, enquiries, SEO settings and redirects are managed in one place. We edit Lance's recorded footage into property presentations, reels, market updates and personal brand videos, and keep the same identity consistent across his business cards, promotional graphics, videos and website.
